What fitness level do I need?

Open to all fitness levels! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, our trainers tailor every activity to your ability. You should be comfortable swimming and open to stepping out of your comfort zone.

What should I pack?

Pack your favourite activewear for adventure, a few light cosy layers for the evenings, swimsuits for those island vibes, and don’t forget your camera — you’re going to want to capture every moment! Oh, and a cute fit for our girls’ night out.

Are meals provided?

Across 7 nights / 8 days, our in-house chef prepares breakfast every morning and dinner most evenings. One night we head out together to one of North Shore’s local favourites — think acai bowls, poke and casual island spots. Dietary requirements are accommodated.

How do I book?

Submit an enquiry through our form and we’ll send you a brief survey so we can get to know you and tailor the experience. Spots are limited to ensure a safe, supportive environment for everyone. Don’t wait — retreats fill fast!
